eJoule started in heart of the world’s high-tech hub, Silicon Valley. Our name is a combination of the letter “e” for electricity, the English word for a unit of energy (“Joule”), and the Kanji character for the number 9 (久), which sounds like “Joule” that also means “long-life” or “forever”.
